Common Questions
Things people often ask
How do I know which service my watch needs?
Bring or send us the watch and describe what you've noticed — we'll assess it and suggest the appropriate level of care. There is no charge for an initial assessment.
Will you change anything about my vintage watch without asking?
No. Every cosmetic decision on a heritage or vintage piece is discussed with you first. We describe what we're considering and why, and only proceed with your agreement.
How long does each service take?
Quartz services are typically ready within a few days. Automatic regulation takes around two to three weeks. Heritage restorations are reserved for five to seven weeks — patience is part of the process.
Can I send my watch by post?
We welcome postal inquiries, particularly for the Heritage Restoration Programme. Contact us first so we can advise on safe packaging and discuss your piece before it travels.
Do you work on all watch brands?
We work across a wide range of makes and movements. If your watch is particularly specialist, we'll say so honestly during the initial assessment rather than proceed beyond our capability.
What are your payment options?
Payment is accepted in Thai Baht by cash or bank transfer upon collection. For postal work, we'll confirm arrangements once the scope is agreed.
